The Audible Channel SDR Fellowship
The Audible Secure Tech Fellowship places transitioning service members into a 12-week, hands-on sales fellowship with SecureTech in San Antonio, Texas. Fellows train as Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives inside a working cybersecurity sales motion — not in a classroom simulation. The fellowship is built for service members who want a direct path into the cybersecurity industry through a credible commercial role. Fellows learn the same outbound, qualification, and pipeline discipline that runs real channel sales motions — and finish the program ready to step into a full-time SDR or AE seat.Veteran-owned. Operator-led. Selective by design.
Role: Sales Development Representative / Account Executive — CybersecurityHost Employer: SecureTech (San Antonio, TX)What the Fellow Will Learn and Do:Fellows train inside a working sales motion focused on the cybersecurity buyer. The fellowship runs across three phases:Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–3) Sales fundamentals, cybersecurity market literacy, ICP definition, buyer roles, and the language of the work. Fellows learn how MSPs, MSSPs, channel partners, and end customers buy security services.Phase 2 — Motion (Weeks 4–8) Live outbound execution under coaching. Account research, multi-channel prospecting, discovery calls, objection handling, qualification frameworks, and CRM hygiene. Fellows operate inside HubSpot and a structured weekly pipeline review.Phase 3 — Ownership (Weeks 9–12) Fellows carry a named book of accounts, run their own qualified discovery calls, hand off opportunities to senior AEs, and present pipeline in weekly forecast reviews. Strong performers transition into a full-time SDR or AE role with SecureTech or a partner employer at program end. What the Fellow Will Walk Away With:A working sales motion they can run, not a binder of theoryLive reps inside a real pipeline — discovery calls, objection handling, qualificationOperator-grade fluency in cybersecurity sales conversationsHubSpot CRM proficiency and pipeline disciplineA documented performance record fellows can carry into hiring conversations

Interview prep for this program▸
- ▸ "How many of your past SkillBridge interns received full-time offers?" — a serious program knows the number.
- ▸ "Who will my day-to-day mentor be, and what does week one look like?"
- ▸ "The listing says 61 - 90 days — can that flex to my approved window if my command shortens it?"
- ▸ "Is relocation expected for a full-time offer, or can I convert where I am?"
- ▸ "You list WE, FROM, MOCS — what did interns from those specialties end up doing here?"
- ▸ Confirm the eligibility notes above — ask exactly what they need from you and when.
- ✓ Your projected start window and separation date (from your profile)
- ✓ Your command's approval status — even "packet drafted" signals you're serious
- ✓ Your civilian-translated resume bullets (generate them here)
- ✓ A written training-plan ask — you'll need it for your packet anyway
