Operations Specialist (3E0X1, 3E1X1, 3E2X1, 3E3X1, 3E4X1, 3E4X3, 3M0X1)
The Operations Specialist will support the 11 CES Operations Flight by assisting intheir respective CE shop (Power Pro, Electrical, WFSM, HVAC, Structures,Customer Service, Structures, Dirt, and Entomology). This training plan provideshands-on exposure to CE related operations, preventive maintenance (PM)procedures, shop management, safety, and cross-functional coordination. Candidateswill be assigned to one or more shops (based on specialty and availability) to performjob relevant task under supervision. Candidates will gain experience in work orderprocessing, mission assurance support, technical inspections, equipmentmaintenance, safety compliance, and CE administrative systems to support facilityreadiness.
Must be able to obtain Secret Security Clearance once hired.
