Winergy Field Technician SkillBridge Program
Winergy LLC is a growing service company specializing in the testing and certification of critical safety equipment in hospitals, pharmacies, and medical research facilities nationwide. Through this SkillBridge program, trainees will develop hands-on technical skills in inspecting and certifying biological safety cabinets (BSCs), chemical fume hoods, HEPA filters, and airflow and pressure-controlled environments. No prior experience in this field is required. Winergy provides structured, on-the-job training designed to build real technical proficiency and position trainees for full-time employment upon program completion. Successful completers will be considered for full-time employment with a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000, with advancement opportunities and certification bonuses that typically bring second-year compensation to $100,000–$125,000.

Trainees who successfully complete the SkillBridge program will be considered for full-time employment as a Medical Equipment Test Technician, responsible for inspecting, testing, and certifying biological safety cabinets (BSCs), chemical fume hoods, laminar airflow workstations, HEPA filters, and pharmacy cleanrooms. The role involves regular travel to client sites including hospitals, pharmacies, and medical research facilities. Technicians are expected to communicate findings professionally, deliver accurate certification reports, and represent Winergy with integrity on client sites.
Trainees must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance. Position requires regular travel up to 14 days per month with trips typically 1–4 days in length. Trainees should be comfortable working in clinical and research environments including hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories.
