Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As an Internal Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, communicating with clients, and assisting in the smooth operation of the sales process. This is an office-based position where you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, managing inquiries, and helping drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.Client Engagement: Communicate with potential buyers and sellers to gather information, answer inquiries, and set appointments.Appointment Coordination: Schedule property showings, meetings with agents, and consultations to ensure a seamless client experience.Property Information: Provide clients with detailed information on available listings, including market trends, property features, and neighborhood specifics.Administrative Support: Assist in updating client databases, managing property listings, and processing documentation for sales transactions.Sales Support: Work closely with agents to ensure clients are connected to the right resources and that sales efforts are streamlined and efficient.Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.

Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Tennessee’s real estate market is a plus.Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools is a bonus but not required. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
