Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development: Design and deliver online and in-person leadership modules, emphasizing core principles such as discipline, accountability, and innovative thinking.Technology Integration: Utilize augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to create engaging, immersive training experiences that bring historical leadership lessons to life.Hands-On Experience: Facilitate employee shadowing opportunities that provide real-world leadership practice for participants.Customization: Develop tailored leadership programs that align with the specific needs of various organizations, ensuring practical relevance and effectiveness.Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements based on participant feedback and outcomes.Mentorship: Mentor new trainers to ensure they are fully prepared to deliver impactful leadership sessions.Immersive Learning: Lead participants through immersive, experiential learning at historic battlefields like Gettysburg, Antietam, and Normandy, integrating military leadership principles with modern challenges.Business Development Focus:Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new opportunities with corporate and governmental clients while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships and contracts.Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding Warrior Enterprises' leadership training programs.Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic growth plans.As a SkillBridge Leadership Jedi, you will not only guide the development of leadership training programs but also ensure that historical insights and advanced technologies are combined to create impactful experiences that enhance productivity and leadership effectiveness across a variety of sectors.
