Electrical Technician

We are looking for technicians to build to print and terminate electrical cable assemblies and harnesses for military aircraft in our cable shop.
All Skillbridge candidates will gain knowledge and have hands on experience in the following areas;Knowledge of Navair spec 01-1A-505 and IPC 610/620 and J stds.Ability to read and interpret schematics, wire diagrams, cable drawings and blueprints.Ability to use crimp tools, shop tools and hand tools to terminate lugs, pins, contacts, splices and shield terminators, coax connectors, military style connectors and EMI shielded cables.Experience working with various types of wire including stranded, shielded cables, coax wire and metal overbraid.Experience with horizontal and vertical braiding machines and laser wire markers.Continuity test on the cables and harnesses installed, Complete assigned task by interpreting electrical schematics, drawings.Able to follow tool control and FOD guidelines.
