The internship emphasizes the practical application of skills, technical proficiency, and professional communication to ensure seamless adaptation to civilian administrative environments.Course Structure:• Duration: 12 weeks• Format: Combination of hands-on training, shadowing, project execution, and professional development sessions.• Focus Areas: Administrative and organizational best practices; Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook); Correspondence management and compliance with Navy administrative standards; Time management, task prioritization, and effective communication.Learning Methods:• Shadowing and Mentorship: Observing experienced professionals to learn workflows and best practices.• Hands-On Practice: Performing real-world tasks, including managing files, drafting reports, and data entry.• Project-Based Learning: Executing individual and group projects to apply learned skills and address real operational needs.• Feedback and Development: Regular review sessions with supervisors and mentors to refine techniques and build confidence.Outcomes:By the end of the course, participants will:• Demonstrate proficiency in managing administrative workflows and correspondence.
