Mortgage Loan Officer Training - Internship
A comprehensive training program designed to equip future mortgage loan officers with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensure compliance, and drive successful loan outcomes. In addition, trainees receive focused sales training to help them build relationships, generate leads, and develop their own pipeline of business.

Here's what you'll learn:VA Loan FundamentalsGet to know the ins and outs of VA loans, including eligibility, entitlement, loan guidelines and the benefits available to qualified military borrowers.Working With BorrowersLearn how to have meaningful conversations with borrowers, understand their homebuying goals, explain their options in plain language and set clear expectations along the way.Credit and Loan AnalysisUse our tools and systems to review credit profiles, understand each borrower’s financial picture and help identify loan options that fit their situation.Managing the Loan ProcessSee what it takes to move a loan from application to closing. You’ll learn how to gather documentation, stay connected with borrowers and work with teammates across the company to keep things moving.Understanding the Homebuying CommunityLearn how loan officers work alongside real estate agents, builders and organizations that serve Veterans to help create a smoother homebuying experience.Compliance and EthicsBuild a strong understanding of mortgage regulations, responsible lending practices and the standards that help us do right by every borrower we serve.Summary DescriptionThis training program gives you a hands-on introduction to life as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
