Database Manager
The Database Manager keeps Verity Group's client and transaction data accurate, organized, and actionable. This role is well suited to someone detail-oriented who enjoys systems, data integrity, and process; a strong entry point into real estate operations.
Maintain and clean CRM records (contacts, tags, pipeline stages, duplicate merges)Assist Transaction Coordinator with MLS and transaction data accuracy and completenessBuild and maintain simple reports/dashboards on lead flow, pipeline status, and database healthSupport mail and marketing list generation (e.g., pulling accurate mailing lists for campaigns)Document and improve data-entry standard operating proceduresCoordinate with agents and ISAs to ensure lead and client information stays current
