But this position goes far beyond the power washer. You’ll be embedded in a proven, system-driven business model built for scale—and built for your growth.We’re looking for driven, coachable candidates who want to rise through the ranks into Operations Management or launch their own We R Vets franchise.🧰 What You’ll Be DoingPerform pressure washing, paver sealing, and surface restoration projects. Operate job management software to manage workflows from estimate to review. Set up, break down, and maintain job sites and equipment. Deliver exceptional client experiences and gather 5-star reviews. Shadow operations tasks including payroll, hiring, vehicle & equipment maintenance, and more.
