USGS Facilities Operations Specialist - Internship
The USGS is looking to fill positions with the USGS, Great Lakes Science Center.
The incumbent is a facilities operations specialist, located in Ann Arbor, but with responsibilities to oversee facilities operations at all of the science center's facilities, which include field stations across the Great Lakes. Work includes new construction, rehabilitation, general preventative and cyclical maintenance to all physical structures and buildings, mechanical systems, laboratories (including fish culture), heating and air conditioning systems, electrical systems, building automation systems, utilities, roads, vehicles, walkways, parking areas, plumbing, water treatment systems, physical security, and fire protection systems needed to support diagnostic services and research conducted at Great Lakes Science Center.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
