Property Management Specialist

This position is located in a BLM State Office. The incumbent serves as the State Property Management Specialist responsible for providing direction and guidance to management for statewide compliance related to the programs of Space and Real Property, Personal Property, and Fleet Management. The incumbent participates in Bureau-wide projects and provides training in the aforementioned programs. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and evaluating state and field operations to ensure compliance with Federal, Departmental and Bureau policies and procedures.
