The incumbent acts as an individual contributor or team member under the general direction of a Program Lead and Supervisor. Contacts are typically primarily internal to the organization. External contacts typically involve routine matters such as gathering information, explaining regulations, or discussing the customer’s situation. Roles & job description

There are 2 opportunities available.Develops and manages the Federal Protective Service (FPS) workforce to include end strength levels to fully execute assigned resources and adapt to changes in mission or funding allocations. Provides a range of technical and consultative services such as position management surveys and manpower assessments to internal customers to help the FPS effectively pursue its mission. Sets goals, timetables, and milestones, and makes commitments on behalf of FPS. Continually evaluates project status, resources assigned, status, and the quality and timeliness of required deliverables under the project. Participates in the DHS-Level workforce planning groups to evaluate agency strategic workforce planning for integration in FPS Integrated Planning and Execution Guidance (IPEG) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) activities.
