Office of Global Talent Management (OGTM)
The HR Specialist/Analyst supports the Global Markets (GM) Office of Global Talent Management (OGTM) in managing Civil Service and Foreign Service human capital programs. The role includes assisting with HR operations, supporting the annual Foreign Service PCS cycle, analyzing HR policies and workforce data, and helping design and operationalize a GM HR Governance Council to align HR policy, performance standards, and workforce development across headquarters, field offices, and overseas posts.
