Serves as a Office Assistant responsible for providing administrative, budget, procedural, and other office support to the Mission Support Division.
Review records of subordinate branch and sections to insure property records are accurate and adequate.Serve as the Training Coordinator assistant for the Division/Office functioning as the contact for training activities for assigned employees.Review, study, analyze and implement new and/or revised instructions affecting the organizations operations, personnel, reports and various other administrative activities.Provide administrative support for the Branch and Section Chiefs, coordinating clerical and day-to-day administrative support activities that are typically required to accomplish the work of the organization.Prepare travel and training requests in the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).Act as ordering officer and GPC credit cardholder to purchase supplies or services under authorized dollar threshold or as an Authorized Receiving Official.Perform timekeeping and related duties, using an automated reporting system, if required.
