Troopster Donation, Corp - Internship Program
Troopster is seeking an organized, detail-oriented intern to support day-to-day operations and logistics in our warehouse facility located in Sandston, VA. In this hands-on role you will assist with core functions like managing inventory, coordinating shipments, product research and development, and contributing to process improvements. You will work independently and as part of our team to complete tasks that directly fuel our mission of providing deployed troops with needed supplies and comforts of home.
By the end of the internship, the service member will be able to independently carry our core operations, logistics, and fulfillment functions in the warehouse environment. Specifically, the service member will gain proficiency in order processing, inventory management, problem solving, and nonprofit administration basics while developing professional skills. Responsibilities Include:- Assist with inventory management- Order processing and fulfillment- Partner outreach and product research- Creation of new processes and problem-solving- Support general business functionsAdditional opportunities are available to support marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives based on intern skills and interests. This role provides valuable insight into the operations of a growing nonprofit while supporting Troopster's mission of providing care packages to deployed troops.

-Experience in supply, logistics, or warehouse operations is desired but not required.- Communication skills and the ability to build relationships. - Detail oriented and a problem solver, someone who enjoys making processes better.
