We are fortunate to have gained positions of trust with the senior leadership deeply interested in hiring veterans and veteran spouses. Our company exists to distill the most relevant and appropriate hard skills (MOS/NEC centric) soft skills (the qualities we expect in our teammates and fellow service-members) and experiences (global exposure, dynamic problem solving, cultural awareness) and serve as trusted advisors to the C-Suite on problems veterans are uniquely experienced in and qualified to solve. This allows veterans to meet leaders as peers, subject matter experts - in a position of strength, pride, and confidence.
