Chemical Manufacturing Operator
Tremco's specialty batch chemical manufacturing plant in Corsicana, TX is looking for ambitious Skillbridge participants who have an interest in future employment in a chemical manufacturing plant. The program is designed to run for 26 weeks and will introduce the participant to all aspects of batch chemical manufacturing.
The purpose of this program is to train and prepare participants for full time employment as Chemical Process Operators in Tremco's Corsicana, TX facility. Process Operators are responsible for running chemical reactors, blenders, and all associated auxiliary equipment associated with specialty chemical manufacturing. This training program will introduce participants to chemical manufacturing operations from the ground up. Previous manufacturing experience is not required.
Must be able to pass screening physical and work in a primarily outdoor environment
Tremco's Corsicana, TX facility has many additional career opportunities in multiple departments including the following: logistics, engineering, quality control, operations leadership, maintenance, continuous improvement, and safety. Although this program is geared toward future employment as a Chemical Process Operator, candidates with technical degrees who have an interest in future manufacturing employment in other sectors of our operation are encouraged to apply.
