TORCH Warriorwear’s Training and Internship Program is a structured initiative designed to equip transitioning service members with practical training and hands-on experience in small business operations and government contracting. Under supervision, interns support a range of operational and marketing functions, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, quality control, email marketing, and social media content planning and scheduling.
TORCH Warriorwear is a veteran-owned apparel company that provides service members with hands-on, experiential training in business operations, marketing, finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The program is structured to progressively develop transferable civilian skills through real-world responsibilities inside a growing consumer brand.
