As a Restaurant Manager for our vibrant sports bar and entertainment venue, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and multiple entertainment areas, ensuring an outstanding guest experience across all activities. Your duties will include managing staff, scheduling shifts, training new team members, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our live music events, dance floors, axe throwing lanes, golf simulator, and arcade games. This includes coordinating events, monitoring safety protocols, and ensuring all activities are running on time and to standard. You’ll handle inventory management, assist with menu planning, and collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless service. Additionally, you will monitor financials, including budgeting, cost control, and labor management, while fostering a positive work culture. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, and strong communication to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, whether they’re dining, watching live entertainment, or enjoying one of our exciting games.
