This SkillBridge program prepares service members to successfully participate as a top 1% Realtor in the state of Utah by learning the following core competencies: <br> -Provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met efficiently. <br> -Utilize our state-of-the-art technology to enhance the listing and buying experience for clients. <br> -Work closely with potential buyers, leveraging our exclusive network to discover properties that haven't yet graced the market. <br> -Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute compelling marketing campaigns for listed properties. <br> -Uphold the values of The Perry Group in all interactions, internally and externally. <br> -Participate in community outreach and give-back initiatives in alignment with our mission to positively impact the community.

To act as a licensed agent during the SkillBridge program, the participant will be responsible for obtaining 120 hours of pre-licensing classes ($509), exam registration ($59), fingerprinting ($12), and a license application ($157). Pre-licensing classes are selected by the participant and State licensing fees are set by the State. There is no requirements to act as a licensed Realtor during this SkillBridge program.
