Heroes MAKE America – Industrial Systems - Employment Skills Training
Industrial systems is an emerging field that integrates electrical and mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing and computer technology. This is a 10-week course of accelerated training where participants have the opportunity to earn 7 industry-recognized certifications from the Smart Automation Certification Alliance in: C201 Electrical Systems, C202 Electric Motor Control Systems, C203 Variable Frequency Drive Systems, C206 Electrical System Installation, C207 Programmable Controller Systems, C209 Pneumatic Systems, C210 Mechanical Power Systems and a Heroes MAKE America and TSTC Certificate of Completion.
Our program prepares individuals to excel in the manufacturing industry by providing comprehensive training and certifications in critical areas. Graduates of this program possess the technical skills and knowledge to pursue a variety of roles across the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, experience, making them valuable assets to any organization.
All of our programs include career readiness services coupled with local and national job placement support. Participants will engage with industry partners each week through both virtual and in-person experiences designed to support their post-military career placement. As part of the program, they will attend weekly Heroes Connect virtual events from the classroom and participate in on-site facility tours. These interactions offer valuable exposure to leading manufacturers—allowing participants to learn who they are, what they do, and the roles and opportunities available. Facility tours, in particular, provide a behind-the-scenes look at operations, helping participants better understand the work environment and visualize potential career paths.
