Heroes MAKE America: Automation and Robotics Training
Heroes MAKE America does not focus on training for a single job title. Instead, it provides multiple certifications in critical areas of the manufacturing industry, equipping graduates with a versatile skill set that opens doors to a variety of career opportunities. This approach ensures that participants are prepared to meet the diverse needs of employers and pursue roles, at entry level or directly into leadership, based on their aligned with their individual career goals. (Maintenance Tech, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Systems Technician)
Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and automated equipment. Performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and robotic maintenance; reads blueprints and schematics; replaces and aligns components; fabricates repair parts using machining, welding, and metalworking equipment; and tests equipment after repairs. Works across rotating shifts and follows all safety, environmental, and business management standards while supporting reliable plant operations.
