Lead stakeholder impact assessments, communication planning, readiness activities, and adoption measurement across cross-functional teams.Responsible for integration and onboarding of new business opportunities/partners or emerging areas. Focuses on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic or tactically important partnerships.Coordinates and aligns activities to successfully integrate internal stakeholder and new customer engagements into the DSAS portfolio. Must apply data and expertise so that appropriate courses of action by our business and our internal partners are taken.Ability to partner internally and externally with professional service companies to drive complex solutionsDemonstrate critical and strategic thinking skills to anticipate market forces and assess complex scenarios.Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Proven excellence in coordinating inputs, assembling complex information into insights, and harmonizing disparate activitiesPlan, communicate and align geographically dispersed and functionally diverse teams to execute tasks with efficiency and to high standards, ensuring stakeholder readiness and sustained adoption of program outcomes.Leverage cross-team collaboration to drive buy-in and gain alignment.Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment including demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successful.Values the importance of customer experience in driving optimal operational mechanisms.Identify organizational change risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful adoption and minimize business disruption.Facilitate challenging and transparent conversations with leadership on the portfolio and specific projects.Responsible for developing, coaching, motivating staff members, providing guidance as appropriate.How will you get here?EducationBachelor degree in project management, technology, engineering, business or related fields.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferredExperience5-7 years of program and process management experience required2-5 years vendor management or business development experience requiredProgram management experience related to partner management, business transformation and new product launches in a highly matrixed environmentProficient experience in Agile/Lean/SAFe practicesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.Proven success in collaborating cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment.Demonstrated experience leading structured organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training enablement, and adoption tracking.Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologiesUnderstanding of laboratory environment and IT infrastructure preferred.Conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and excellent documentation skills are a mustExcellent customer service skills requiredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, time managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers, and subject matter expertsAbility to influence in a matrixed and global organizationPassion for driving improvement and leading change in a complex, large company.
