The Home Depot, Corporate Fellowship Store Management Programs - Job Training Program
Fellows will gain an understanding of store operations, including customer service, department readiness, and operational processes. Fellows will work with and learn from Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and District Human Resource Managers to address customer service escalations, coach & develop associates, and perform Manager on Duty responsibilities to maximize contribution to the store's success.
