Strength Coach - Job Training Program
Fortis Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Strength Coach to join our team through the Skills Bridge program. This role is ideal for transitioning US military members looking to gain hands-on experience in strength and conditioning. The Strength Coach will work with athletes ranging from youth to professionals, leading private sessions, small group training, and team workouts. Through personalized coaching, form correction, and mentorship, you will play a pivotal role in helping athletes achieve their highest potential.
Lead and facilitate strength and conditioning workouts for youth, collegiate, and professional athletes.Provide individualized exercise instruction and form correction to ensure safe and effective training.Develop tailored training programs aligned with athletes' performance goals.Offer mentorship and guidance to foster both physical and personal growth in athletes.Track athlete progress and adjust programs as necessary.Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a supportive and motivating environment.Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the training facility.
