JANUS Program - Internship, Fellowship
This 120-day internship provides aspiring non-profit professionals with a comprehensive foundation in organizational management, governance, and leadership. Trainees will progress through a structured curriculum covering critical areas including legal compliance, financial management, fundraising, program development, and strategic planning.Through a blend of theoretical instruction and hands-on application, interns will develop the skills necessary to lead and sustain mission-driven organizations. Guided by experienced practitioners, participants will engage in real-world scenarios, collaborative projects, and reflective exercises designed to build both technical competency and professional confidence.Upon completion, graduates will be equipped to navigate the unique challenges of the non-profit sector, contribute meaningfully to organizational growth, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and accountability.
A Project Director / associate supports the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the organization. This role assists the program coordination, grant management, fundraising efforts, and organizational development. The associate will collaborate with senior leadership and team members to ensure the efficient delivery of services, manage relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the organization. The position also involves data tracking, reporting, and supporting outreach efforts to enhance community engagement and impact.
