Aviation Maintenance - Employment Skills Training
Service Members (SM) will participate in a fast-paced training program that will fill in experience gaps to confidently pass the written General, Airframe, and Powerplant FAA AMT Testing, as well as the corresponding Oral and Practicals. SMs will receive one week of instruction per written test block and upon completion of the written test will participate in an individually tailored program to train for the Oral and Practicals.SMs will then participate in completing routine maintenance task on various airframes and engines to build confidence and competence.
