As a participant in the CENTURY 21 Tevas DoD SkillBridge Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship designed to prepare you for a successful transition into a real estate career. Under the guidance of a Navy Retired Chief and Broker/Owner, you’ll learn every aspect of what it takes to become a top-performing agent. Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities: Learn how to follow up with leads and build lasting client relationships that drive sales and long-term success. Develop skills in consulting with buyers and sellers to identify their goals, needs, and preferences in a home. Assist in showing properties, preparing listings, and understanding the full client experience. Participate in open houses and community events to promote agency listings and grow your professional network. Join weekly training sessions and team meetings to strengthen your sales, communication, and market knowledge. Support Hero Events and other community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness and serve local heroes. Practice lead generation techniques such as warm calls, door knocking, and networking to attract prospective clients. Gain in-depth knowledge of local markets, neighborhoods, and home values to confidently answer client questions. This program provides a strong foundation in real estate operations, marketing, and client relations—helping you transition smoothly from military service to a rewarding career with CENTURY 21 Tevas.
