We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist in establishing and maintaining operations at the Dover, DE location. The Operations Manager will report directly to the owner and other executives within the leadership team. This ground-level position has high growth potential and the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. This is a hybrid remote position; primarily working remotely with 2-4 partial days of local travel. You will be required to visit sites primarily within the Dover area for the purpose of estimating/sales visits as well as quality control and follow up. There will be less frequent travel outside of the Dover area for larger projects.This is a hands-on position learning the skills of the trade as well as supporting the management and growth of the business.

Responsibilities: Heavily supporting operations; learning and delivering the painting skills of the trade and how the machines work. Assist with the development for the Dover, DE location based on existing G-FORCE company policies. Act as the primary estimator for potential projects. Estimation software and a price book will be provided. Oversee projects and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Manage project schedules and communicate timelines with crew members, subcontractors, and customers. Manage inventory and operate within a defined budget. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of plans prior to estimation. Communicate specifications to crews and subcontractors (if applicable), ensuring any omissions or inaccuracies are documented throughout the project. Travel to local project sites for estimation and quality assurance purposes. Photograph before and after pictures when applicable. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide assets to be incorporated on social media strategies. Additional day to day tasks as required. Qualification:3 or more years of project management and estimation experience (preferably in a construction-related background)Clean and Valid driver's license. Clean background check
