Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Leadership• Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for project requirements, ensuring that client expectations are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled.• Health Assessments: Conduct regular evaluations of project performance and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to stay aligned with goals.• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance engagement and collaboration.• Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.Innovative Solutions & Growth• Strategic Thinking: Propose innovative solutions to address business challenges, working closely with internal teams to optimize service delivery.• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.• Inspirational Leadership: Motivate and guide teams toward common objectives, embodying the core values of our organization in all interactions.Performance & Results Focus• Expectation Management: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to set clear expectations and proactively address business challenges.• Metric Development: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure project success against business objectives.• Team Development: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, addressing performance gaps to ensure high service standards.Collaboration & Team Building• Cross-Functional Relationships: Foster collaboration across various teams and departments to drive successful project outcomes.• Mentorship & Growth: Support and mentor project team members, offering regular feedback and facilitating professional development opportunities.• Talent Development: Focus on building a high-performing workforce that contributes to a collaborative team environment.
