This SkillBridge internship provides hands-on, mentored experience in professional recruiting. Interns will learn how to identify, engage, and evaluate candidates for active client job orders while developing the communication, research, and writing skills required in modern talent acquisition. This is not a general internship or exploratory program. It is designed for individuals committed to building a long-term career in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition. As a SkillBridge Intern at Systematic Business Consulting (SBC), you will gain structured, hands-on experience in professional recruiting within a remote, performance-driven environment. You will be trained to support the full recruiting lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, evaluation, and client submission support. You will be responsible for:- Partnering with internal team members to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications- Identifying qualified candidates using advanced search techniques across online databases, job boards, and professional networks- Writing clear and compelling outreach messages to engage passive and active candidates- Conducting structured phone interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, and role fit- Reviewing resumes and providing feedback to improve clarity, structure, and marketability- Writing detailed candidate summaries that highlight key qualifications relative to client needs- Supporting active job orders by maintaining organized candidate pipelines and timely follow-up communication- Ensuring a high standard of professionalism in all candidate and client interactions. This is a full-time, remote internship designed for individuals who are:- Comfortable working in a structured, performance-based environment- Strong communicators with solid written and verbal skills- Highly self-directed and disciplined in a remote setting- Motivated to build a long-term career in recruiting or talent acquisition- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency in daily output. Success in this role requires accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently engage with candidates in a professional manner.

- Senior Enlisted or Officer - Bachelors Degree Required - Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required - Candidates must be able to work full-time remotely in a professional, distraction-free environment
