The Swagelok SkillBridge Fellowship program provides opportunities for fellows to develop excellent professional skills, competencies and a strong network of support within a number of potential career fields at a growing, values-based company. Fellows will have direct access to hands-on training opportunities, interaction with leaders around the business, rotational options to various departments and access to competency and leadership develop experiences within the business. Fellows will also be provided with mentors in there preferred area of the business, as well as a veteran mentor currently employed as an associate at Swagelok. Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows will be immediately prepared to jump into an opportunity in their focus area within the industry. The Swagelok SkillBridge Fellowship program offers potential opportunities in any of up to five areas of the business: Manufacturing Operations - focused on leadership within the production, assembly, quality and warehouse functions on any of our product lines. Supply Chain / Sourcing - focused on the inbound procurement and logistics for all of our raw materials and components, and the outbound delivery of our product to the customer. Commercial - focused on the marketing, sales, communications, analytics and business leadership functions supporting the organization. Engineering - focused on the design and development of new products, along with the continuous improvement and quality and manufacturing process throughout the organization.
