Focusing on Superior Bulk Inc.'s operational needs, the program covers advanced driving techniques, bulk cargo management, regulatory compliance, and company-specific procedures. It also fosters professional development and career transition strategies to ensure a successful civilian career.
At Superior Bulk we are always looking for drivers with great work ethics and friendly attitudes. Our drivers move products from several pick-up locations and deliver them to ready mix, block, and bag plants. Products include cement, fly-ash, and lime. • Complete a daily truck log and submit daily and weekly paperwork.• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.• Manage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible.• Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with clients and the public.• Drive in compliance with traffic laws and extend courtesy to other vehicles on the road.• Adhere to in house regulations.• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of every shift and report any damage to management.
• Must have reading, writing, and math skills• Must have a minimum of a valid Class A license• Must have a clean MVR• Must possess valid medical card
