Account Executive Job Purpose To effectively onboard, maintain, and grow accounts Job Duties and Responsibilities The Account Executive should be able to effectively onboard a new account, setup and maintain Resware, and help each assigned account to grow. The duties and responsibilities include: · Partner with sales rep to bring in new business, including onboarding calls/presentations · Create and maintain clients RW profile · Monitor daily, weekly, monthly orders to spot trends, and ensure business is growing both in number of orders and footprint · Work with operations to ensure proper processes are established and maintained · Schedule monthly calls with client to review performance metrics and opportunities · Meet regularly with operations to discuss clients needs · Track new orders to identify which party is driving the business (LO, opener, manager etc) and reach out to said person Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The Pipeline Manager should have: • A full understanding of the title process so that it can easily be explained to a prospective client • Strong organizational skills • Proficient at verbal and written communication • Willingness to work in a team environment Ability to work autonomously, and to make decisions that benefit the company long term The Account Executive functions as an inside sales rep which bridges the gap between sales and service. Their main goal is to maintain and grow business.
