Roles & job description

What You'll Do:• Precision Fabrication: Accurately measure and cut textile materials, including but not limited to scuba, webbing, elastic, Velcro, and leather.• Sewing & Equipment: Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, primarily the Juki 1541S, while also learning to use the Mitsubishi LU2-4420, Dematron DM-22122RL, and Juki LK-1900BN.• Edge Finishing & Heat Cutting: Utilize hot knives—one for bulk material cutting and another for precision edge finishing—to meet Subsecond’s exacting standards.• Attention to Detail: Maintain the error-free stitch lines that set us apart from the competition, ensuring every product meets our rigorous quality control measures.What We're Looking For:• Detail-Oriented Mindset: Precision is key—small errors will impact the production process causing delays.• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: We move fast; you’ll need to learn quickly, adapt, and continuously improve.• Work Ethic & Teamwork: We operate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where everyone pulls their weight.• Commitment to Excellence: If you thrive under pressure, take pride in your work, and never settle for “good enough,” you’ll fit right in.At Subsecond, we don’t just make tactical gear—we set the standard.
