This is a blended electrical training program that consists of online modules, hands-on practical applications, and technician ride-a-longs to quickly build the necessary skills for your new career. Your career pathway begins in this foundational training program and seamlessly moves you into an Electrical Maintenance Technician role with Streamline Services.
You will learn all the skills necessary to assist with installing and commissioning residential heating and air conditioning systems. Additionally, you will gain exposure to maintenance and diagnostic skills necessary to work as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. As an Apprentice Technician, you will:• Demonstrate 5-star customer service every day• Bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow• Take pride in the quality of work you create• Always looking for a challenge to grow 1% better every day• Participate as a part of a team empowered to share ideas, improve processes, and optimize the customer experience• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams• Keep your company truck clean and inventory ready• Properly complete paperwork• Maintain a clean and professional appearance• Have and maintain a clean driving record• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional• Maintain communication with customers, your manager, parts, and service teams.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Candidate must have a clean driving record and pass a background check.
