Administrative Assistant Training Program
A two-week, 80-hour Administrative Assistant training program providing supervised, training-only experience in professional communication, records and document management, scheduling workflows, data entry practice, and coordination support. Participants complete mentored training, observation, and a final supervised skills demonstration in alignment with SkillBridge program requirements.
The Administrative Assistant training position supports the development of core office administration competencies through structured instruction and mentored practice. Training activities include professional communication, document and records organization, file naming and version control, calendar and meeting coordination concepts, routing workflows, customer service communication, quality control awareness, and supervised data-entry and reporting exercises. Participants perform training-only functions and do not conduct independent or billable operational work during the SkillBridge period.
