This position will provide the following opportunities: • Understand company operations, safety standards, and product offerings• Develop customer service and communication skills • Learn to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field• Gain experience in sales support and lead generation • Transition to independent field service and customer
As a Field Service Representative, the applicant will support and represent Stauder products to customers and users in the Middle East region. Duties include : • Becoming familiar with Company mission, policies, and safety training• Becoming familiar with product lines and technical specs• Accompanying senior rep on service and sales calls • Observing customer interactions and troubleshooting • Assisting with installations and Demos • Participating in customer visits with increasing responsibility• Supporting both service and sales efforts • Begin handling minor service tasks • Managing assigned customer accounts • Conducting service visits and product demos solo • Submitting reports and sales leads.
Preferred Qualifications: • JTAC Instructor with experience in digital communications • Mechanical, electrical, or technical background• Experience in maintenance, field operations, or troubleshooting• Customer-facing, leadership, or supervisory experience• Familiarity with technical documentation or training systems
