At Star Service Inc., we’re seeking dedicated, hands-on individuals who want to grow as Commercial HVAC Technicians. You’ll receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and support to become an expert in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex commercial heating and cooling systems. What You’ll Do: Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial HVAC equipment (rooftop units, air handlers, chillers, pumps, boilers, and more)Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues. Respond to service calls and ensure excellent customer communication. Install and replace HVAC components. Complete work orders and digital documentation. Work safely and efficiently with a team that values accountability and precision. What We’re Looking For :Military experience in mechanical, electrical, aviation, facilities maintenance, or similar fields highly valued. Strong hands-on mechanical ability and desire to learn a technical trade. Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and overtime work. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
