Construction Forman - Job Training Program
SWS partners with owners, architects, designers and contractors to design and install high performance exterior building envelopes that add both value and curb appeal for its clients.
To equip the Forman with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to support Superintendent on a construction jobsite in EIFS, Restoration, Glass and Metal Panels projects, ensuring high-quality results, adherence to safety standards, and effective project coordination. Forman are critical in aided first line supervision and helping daily tasks and inspections. After this training plan a Forman will be proficient in Daily Reports, Safety Inspections, Access Plans and Inventory Reports and be able to assist the Jobsite Superintendent.
