Southern Carton Skillbridge
Southern Carton Company in Lewisburg, TN is excited to offer approved skillbridge opportunities in sales. This position provides a dynamic introduction to the intersection of foundational management, business, and account management. The participant will gain experience in understanding the tenants of corrugated products while applying his or her skills in a fast paced environment.
Presenting existing and prospective customers corrugated solutions• Hands-on demonstration of supported products with existing and prospective end-users• Cold-calling new end-users through strategic territory plan established by CEO, President, and Director of Sales• Customer service (phone, e-mail and in person) to troubleshoot customer concern issues, and find profitable solutions.• Key account management • Exceptional communication and presentation skills both orally and written.• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with a variety of customers.• Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated. Thrive on working independently.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn internal business systems
