General Aviation Maintenance Manager

Program summary

The General Aviation Maintenance Manager SkillBridge intern will work directly alongside the General Manager and senior A&P technicians to gain hands-on experience managing the day-to-day operations of a Part 91/Part 145 general aviation maintenance facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior NCO or Officer with an aviation maintenance background to translate their military leadership and technical expertise into the civilian General Aviation (GA) sector.

Roles & job description

Interns will actively participate in planning, scheduling, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and team coordination activities under the supervision of qualified aviation professionals.
