Sierra7Echo Tactical Leadership & Operations Fellowship
Sierra7Echo (S7E) offers a DoD SkillBridge fellowship focused on leadership development, operational planning, and program execution within a veteran-led consulting and training environment.Participants gain hands-on experience supporting leadership development programs, immersive training events, and operational initiatives. The program is designed to help transitioning service members translate military leadership experience into civilian roles in program management, operations, consulting, and training environments.
The Tactical Leadership Instructor & Operations Fellow supports the design, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs, immersive training events, and operational initiatives.Participants assist with scenario-based training, team development exercises, and operational planning activities. Fellows gain experience facilitating training events, supporting After Action Reviews (AARs), maintaining program documentation, and assisting leadership in refining training programs and operational systems.Responsibilities include:- Supporting and leading leadership development and scenario-based training- Assisting with operational planning, scheduling, and program coordination- Facilitating team exercises and contributing to training program development- Supporting documentation including SOPs, training plans, and trackers- Promoting discipline, accountability, and performance standardsThis fellowship is designed for transitioning service members with leadership, training, or operational experience who want to apply those skills in civilian leadership development, consulting, and program management environments.
Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.
Applicants must be active-duty service members approved for participation in the DoD SkillBridge program.Candidates should demonstrate leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in structured team environments. Experience in training environments or operational planning is preferred but not required.
This program provides structured, hands-on experience in leadership development, operational planning, and training program execution within a veteran-led organization focused on disciplined execution and performance under pressure. Participants may be considered for future full-time roles based on performance and organizational needs.
