We proudly support transitioning service members by offering a DoD SkillBridge internship in Project Management—a professional, structured pathway designed to prepare participants for certification and civilian careers in program and operations leadership.This internship provides practical experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and agile execution across Shamrck’s real-world education and workforce programs. You’ll receive formal training aligned with PMI standards and mentorship toward your Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential.
As a Project Management Intern, you will:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of active projects across apprenticeships, microschools, and workforce partnershipsSupport project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using Agile and hybrid methodologiesTrack deliverables, monitor progress, and document project milestones in Airtable, Asana, and Google WorkspaceParticipate in stakeholder communication, reporting, and risk identificationCollaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, marketing, and educationMaintain project documentation and support process improvement initiativesAttend weekly team meetings and internal stand-ups for strategic alignmentComplete project management coursework aligned to PMI's Talent Triangle (Technical, Strategic, and Leadership skills)Receive coaching on exam prep and application processes for CAPM® or PMP
