Advanced Manufacturing Development Program - CNC Machinist
This 25-week aerospace machining training program aligns with the DOD SkillBridge program, providing transitioning service members with a structured pathway into advanced manufacturing careers. Through hands-on training in manual machining, CNC fundamentals, GD&T application, and independent production, participants build critical skills valued in the aerospace industry while utilizing the discipline and problem-solving abilities developed during military service. This program allows service members to seamlessly transition into a high-demand, high-skill career path while still on active duty, supporting their success in civilian life and the needs of the defense industrial base.
We are seeking a trainee to participate in a structured 25-week aerospace machining training program, progressing from manual machining and blueprint reading to advanced CNC production. This hands-on program will develop your skills in safety, tool setup, GD&T application, and independent operation across various machine groups. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to learning, quality, and efficiency to support Seyer’s high-precision aerospace manufacturing needs.
