Success in this role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of building practices, construction methods, materials, and tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute residential remodeling projects from start to finish.Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality control.Collaborate with clients, trade partners, and team members to ensure satisfaction and clear communication.Manage job site safety, cleanliness, and organization.Document and track project updates using project management software.QualificationsWe are looking for a professional with:10+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, and project management.Strong ability to navigate and utilize various computer programs: Jobtread and Microsoft SuiteDeep knowledge of residential remodeling processes and Western North Carolina building practices.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.Proficiency with project documentation tools and software.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Commitment to upholding company standards and processes.Desired Personal QualitiesDetail-Oriented: Able to identify and address small details that make a big difference.Efficient: Operates with precision and meets deadlines effectively.Motivational Leader: Inspires and drives the team to achieve outstanding results.Problem-Solver: Demonstrates resourcefulness and strong mechanical aptitude.Flexible: Willing to assist on-site as needed.Respectful: Treats clients’ homes with care and professionalism.Positive Attitude: Brings energy, humor, and enthusiasm to the workplace.
