AI-Enabled Agile Transformation Consultant Internship with Scrum Inc.
Our SkillBridge internship prepares transitioning service members for careers as AI-Enabled Agile Consultants through live, instructor-led credentialing and mentored, hands-on work on real client transformations, all enhanced by modern AI ways of working. Interns learn about target operating model designs, how to design Scrum events, consult with and coach teams, and how to apply the Scrum and Scrum@Scale frameworks within an organization undergoing operating model transformation, while using AI to augment their learning and development. As their skills develop, interns are given supervised opportunities to apply what they are learning by contributing to a live client engagement alongside an experienced consulting team. All work is performed under mentorship for the purpose of skill development and post-service employment readiness.
An Agile Consultant works directly with an organization's delivery teams and team-level leaders to enable effective execution and measurable improvement. They support clients in moving from intent to delivery by helping teams adopt Agile practices that improve flow, collaboration, quality, and outcomes. They partner closely with Principals and Senior Consultants to support the design, training, and implementation of Agile operating models and transformation strategies, contributing directly to client and Scrum Inc. outcomes through strong execution at the team level and ensuring day-to-day delivery success. An Agile Consultant is comfortable consulting with and coaching teams, implementing and improving Agile ways of working, and partnering with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery leaders to ensure Agile practices are driving real business value. They bring curiosity, discipline, and a strong delivery mindset to their work, with a focus on helping teams do their best work while aligning that work to customer and organizational outcomes.
Internship locations: Hybrid with mix of remote, in person-company events, in-person client events (TBD based on ongoing engagements at time of internship).
