Channel Industrial Automation Sales Development Program
This 12-week hybrid program is designed for veterans ready to turn their technical experience and leadership skills into a career in industrial automation sales. Through guided online learning and hands-on sales shadowing (when available), you’ll gain real world exposure while preparing for long-term opportunities with Schneider Electric’s trusted distribution partners across the U.S.You may be a great fit if you:• Enjoy building and maintaining professional relationships• Have a strong technical or mechanical aptitude• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with multiple stake holdersThroughout the program, you’ll build a foundation in electrical distribution, gain familiarity with Schneider Electric’s industrial automation portfolio, and develop core business‑to‑business sales skills to support your transition into a civilian sales career.
