This intensive 21-week hybrid SkillBridge internship equips transitioning service members with high-demand Agile leadership and consulting skills tailored for federal and defense acquisitions. Participants gain industry-recognized certifications, hands-on OJT experience, and expert mentorship to lead digital and AI modernization efforts across government programs.

Roles & job description

As a Government SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), you will serve as a vital change agent guiding military commands, Program Executive Offices (PEOs), and government enterprise teams through Lean-Agile transformations and AI modernization efforts. Core duties include launching and coaching Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating PI Planning events, delivering certified SAFe training, and advising leadership on Lean Portfolio Management and mission agility.

Target military occupations

Open to all MOS / ratings / AFSCs.

Eligibility notes

No prior Agile experience required. Completely open to transitioning service members seeking a career in Agile transformation and program management.
